Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using ayo.plus (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.
2. The Service
ayo.plus generates short-form videos from prompts, brand profiles, and assets you provide, using third-party AI models. Output quality and availability of specific models are not guaranteed.
3. Your content & rights
You retain rights to the assets you upload and are responsible for having the rights to use them. You grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the Service. You are responsible for how you use generated videos, including platform and advertising rules.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to impersonate others, or to violate third-party or model-provider policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Plans, billing & quotas
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis and include a monthly video quota. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Third-party models
Generation runs on third-party providers. Their terms and content policies also apply, and we pass through availability, latency, and limitations of those providers.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to the amounts you paid in the prior 3 months.
