What we collect
Account details (email, name), the prompts, brand profiles, and assets you upload, usage and billing metadata, and standard technical logs.
How we use it
To provide the Service: generate videos, enforce quotas, process payments (via Stripe), and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We share the minimum necessary with processors: AI model providers (to generate your videos), Stripe (billing), our email provider (verification/reset), and error/analytics tooling. Your uploaded assets may be sent to model providers to fulfill a generation you request.
Storage & security
Data is stored on our infrastructure and object storage; per-tenant isolation is enforced. Secrets are encrypted at rest. Asset URLs shared with providers are signed and expire.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting support@ayo.plus. Deleting your account removes your workspace and associated assets.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal/billing obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
